SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you so much for your order! Each item is carefully packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Currently, shipping is only available within the United States. Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as I’m unable to replace orders sent to incorrect addresses.

I do my best to ensure your artwork and ceramics arrive safely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help find a solution.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you so much for your order! If something doesn’t turn out as expected, I’m here to help. Please review the guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and damaged items:

Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made just for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Originals, Prints & Ceramics
Prints are the only returns that are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Original framed paintings and ceramics are too fragile to be returned; therefore, only prints can be sent back at this time. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Damaged Items
I take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage.

  • Prints – I’m happy to offer a replacement for any damaged prints.

  • Original Artwork – In the rare case an original arrives damaged, I will issue a refund and include a discount code for a future purchase.
